Holding an M.A in Counselling Psychology, my approach is collaborative and flexible. I use a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring each session to fit your specific needs.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you gain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience.
